Enter the full street address (the autocomplete helps). Review the satellite preview &mdash; if imagery quality is poor, you'll see a warning banner. What Does a Roof Measurement Report Include?

Every Roof Manager report includes: pitch-corrected sloped area, projected footprint area, ridge, hip, valley, eave, and rake lengths in linear feet, material bill of materials (shingles, underlayment, starter strip, ridge cap, ice-and-water shield, drip edge, flashing), solar potential estimate, high-resolution satellite imagery, pitch diagram, and a confidence score. The PDF is branded with your company logo, address, phone, and licence number. All quantities are in the units adjusters and suppliers expect.

How Accurate Are Roof Manager Reports?

For properties with high-quality satellite imagery (the vast majority of urban and suburban US and Canadian addresses), accuracy is within 2–5% of manual measurement . Every report includes a confidence score and imagery quality indicator. Low-confidence reports (typically rural or heavily-obscured roofs) are flagged with a warning banner. In those cases, the engine cross-checks against the Solar API segment totals and refuses to produce a report if the delta exceeds tolerance — we'd rather delay a report than ship a wrong number.

Reports cost $10 CAD each. New accounts receive 4 free reports with no credit card required. Volume packs: 10-pack: $80 ($8.00/report) 25-pack: $187.50 ($7.50/report) 50-pack: $347.50 ($6.95/report) 100-pack: $595 ($5.95/report) Credits never expire. Unused credits carry forward indefinitely.

If satellite imagery is unavailable for a property, no charge is applied — the report attempt is free. If you believe a report was generated incorrectly, contact support@roofmanager.ca within 30 days with the report ID and we'll issue a credit refund or re-run the report at no cost.
