How to Set Up CRM Pipeline Stages

The default pipeline has five stages: New Lead, Quoted, Approved, Scheduled, Complete. You can add, reorder, or rename stages in Settings → Pipeline. Most insurance-heavy contractors create a separate pipeline with stages for Adjuster Pending, Supplement Submitted, and Carrier Payment.
