How to Order a Roof Measurement Report

Ordering a roof measurement report is straightforward. Sign in to your account, click Order Report, type a property address, review the satellite preview, and click Generate. The PDF is delivered by email when it's ready.

Step by step

1. Sign in to your contractor account at roofmanager.ca/customer/login.
2. From the dashboard, click Order a Report.
3. Enter the full street address (the autocomplete helps).
4. Review the satellite preview — if imagery quality is poor, you'll see a warning banner.
5. Configure waste factor (default 12%) and shingle type if needed.
6. Click Generate Report. The cost is $10 per report, or 1 credit from your pack.
7. You'll receive the branded PDF by email when it's ready.
