Every Roof Manager report includes: pitch-corrected sloped area, projected footprint area, ridge, hip, valley, eave, and rake lengths in linear feet, material bill of materials (shingles, underlayment, starter strip, ridge cap, ice-and-water shield, drip edge, flashing), solar potential estimate, high-resolution satellite imagery, pitch diagram, and a confidence score.

The PDF is branded with your company logo, address, phone, and licence number. All quantities are in the units adjusters and suppliers expect.
